Adelina Gareeva is an architectural student with some serious skills. Her ability to draw complex and detailed illustrations entirely by freehand is nothing short of incredible. She has been posting all of her work on Instagram, allowing her followers to see her progression as a student at the Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering (KSUAE).
The drawings are a testament to her impressive skill, with each building being beautifully rendered in meticulous detail using nothing but pencil. Gareeva begins each illustration with light, swift strokes before working on thick, detailed outlines when each drawing nears completion.
When you consider how much time and effort could be saved doing the process digitally, it’s great to see a young student throw herself into her burgeoning career. If these sketches are anything to go by, she will make a fine architecture!
